About Successful Computing
Wendy Stibbe, the principal trainer, prides herself on taking that little bit of extra time and care to deliver training that suits the clients requirements.
I really enjoy the work that I do and get great satisfaction from seeing clients progress in a training situation and leave with more confidence than when they started.
I hold Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment TAE40110. I have completed the additional units of TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy and TAEAS5502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools. I have also just completed BSBWHS332X Apply Infection Prevention and Control Procedures to own Work Activities in January 2021.
Work Ethic
For any session that I undertake for a client I endeavour to plan the content according to their needs. Ultimately it is the client that needs to leave at the end of the training session with enough confidence to take the package further if required.
I appreciate being asked back to undertake further training for a client as this gives me the opportunity to see how a client is progressing with the skills that have been taught.
Feedback is encouraged from clients as this is then used to continually fine-tune how training is delivered and to ensure that the training does not become stale.
